Bluff Stabilization and Ramp Repairs
With help from the State of Illinois Boat Access Area Development (BAAD) and Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO) grants, the Village of Glencoe and the Glencoe Park District will embark on a comprehensive improvement project to repair the ramp and improve bluff stabilization measures.

Cancelation/Refund Policy
- Renter is responsible for the agreed-upon rental hours as stated in the agreement regardless of the weather.
- A full refund (less a $20 cancel fee) will be issued if received ten (10) or more days before the scheduled rental date.
- If a refund request if received less than ten (10) days before the scheduled rental date there are no refunds. The Renter may reschedule their time at no additional charge whenever the time is available. A request to change dates must be made at least 24-hours before scheduled rental date.
- During inclement weather, if the ice rink is open and the Renter cancels, the Glencoe Park District will not refund ice time per District policy.
- The Park District can cancel due to mechanical, weather, or wind chill policy.
Weather Policy
- Glencoe Park District will cancel rentals when the wind chill factor drops to negative 20 degrees Fahrenheit (-20° F) or if the rink is determined to be unsafe by the Glencoe Park District for patron use. At that time, a full refund will be processed, or rentals will be rescheduled (subject to availability).
