Winnetka Paddle

Platform (or paddle) tennis is played outdoors in the fall, winter, and spring. It is great exercise, a social sport, and can be enjoyed by players of any age or ability.

Through an agreement with the Winnetka Park District, Glencoe residents receive resident rates at the Winnetka Platform Tennis Club (WPTC).

One of the only public platform facilities in the Midwest, WPTC features six courts complemented by a state-of-the-art paddle hut. Here you can enjoy lessons, book courts, play in a league of similarly skilled players, reserve the facilities for an event, or partake in social paddle events arranged throughout the year by the WPTC.

Whether you are a junior, novice, or an accomplished player, our comprehensive instruction program offers something for everyone. Winnetka’s staff of certified instructors will teach you the fundamentals or refine your game to a new level.

We have men’s and women’s leagues ranging in ability from our top series 1 all the way down to an entry level. We are also thrilled to offer paddle opportunities for women who are unable to play in the daytime leagues through our Monday Night Paddle Leagues, which include a house league for beginners and a travel league for our more confident players.

For more information, please contact Colin Cross at ccross@winnetkapaddle.com, or call Winnetka Park District at (847) 501-2060 or visit http://www.winnetkapaddle.com/.
