Kids Club

Kids Club Enrichment Camp


        

Grades K-6, As needed, Watts Center

With District 35’s announcement for hybrid learning beginning the 2020-21 school year, the Glencoe Park District created a recreation-based enrichment camp, while facilitating self-directed learners. This program will offer half-day sessions, with options to bridge between Kids Club AM, District 35 in-person learning, and Kids Club PM. This program will run five days a week.

Kids Club AM Care

Start the school day with quiet games, lively conversation, or simple arts and crafts! Our instructors keep the mornings interesting with stories, artifacts, and activities at Watts Center. Participants from West and Central schools can also register for shuttle bus service from the Park District; South School students will be walked to school.

After a busy day at school, it’s great to snack and chat with friends, finish homework, and stretch muscles on the playground. After-Schoolers cook healthy snacks, play organized games, and embark on learning adventures at Watts Center. Participants from West and Central schools can also register for shuttle bus service to the Park District; South School students will be walked to Watts. Included in your monthly Kids Club fee, we will transport participants to and from after school enrichments at West School and the Takiff Center.
