Children will have fun as we balance the daily schedule with indoor and outdoor activities designed to promote social skills, language development, math and science inquiry, self-help skills, and large/fine motor development! Extra Innings Summer Camp with Winnetka Park District

Wrap up your summer with baseball fun. Players will improve their skills by revisiting fundamentals with new and challenging drills. We will also be playing plenty of daily baseball games. You can sign up for one or two weeks and stay active, spend time with friends and enjoy the wonderful game of baseball. Players will be divided by age and ability level. If COVID restriction change: class canceled and partial refund issued. 

  • Stretching & Agility Training: developing young athletes through modern practices in dynamic stretching, strength development, and injury prevention.
  • Character Development: assisting parents in raising thoughtful, well-adjusted children by teaching life lessons via children’s books and other select IBA materials.
  • Baseball Instruction: teaching the game's proper fundamentals to all participants enables each to become progressively more competent and confident.

Come move, create and explore with Kids HeArt Yoga's magical week of Fairy Tale Adventures! Combining the power of imagination, playfulness, movement and fun, your child will experience the marvelous joy of yoga, art, and drama in this fantastical inspired week of creative expression. Every day includes 2 art projects, yoga warm ups and poses, along with games, music, dance and dramatic play and ends with a peaceful relaxation taking your preschooler to infinity and beyond!

Want to enjoy a little more summer fun before school starts? Join us for Summer’s End, a one week extension camp! This program starts at the conclusion of our regular eight-week camp session. First through fifth graders will have a blast as they participate in a multitude of activities including sports, arts and crafts, cooking, swimming, and outdoor activities. Cookouts and field trips to the Glencoe Beach are just a preview of the weekly fun. Campers should bring a swimsuit, towel, and sunscreen every day. We provide refrigeration for lunches when on site.
