This course is designed for our continuing students with a minimum of two years of experience. This hybrid class allows students the choice of working in the studio or from home for the session. Platform (or paddle) tennis is played outdoors in the fall, winter, and spring. Full-day care will be available if District 35 goes fully remote.

Two’s and not-quite twos join the summer fun in this friendly first-camp program. Our experienced teachers keep things relaxed with careful attention and sensitivity to these first time campers. A high-energy camp for almost-kindergartners, Kinder Korner Camp is a great place to make friends, move muscles, and challenge imagination. Singing, games, and crafts are based on weekly themes custom-made for busy 5-year-olds. Dress up as a princess, a pirate, or an elephant – every day brings a new surprise! And we don’t stop there – Kinder Korner Camp hits the trail with trips to the beach, walking trips to local parks, and more! Enjoy Glencoe Beach and beautiful Lake Michigan! This unique experience takes place at the Glencoe Beach Boat House. Spend the summer kayaking, Hobie cat sailing, surfing, and stand-up paddle boarding. During rough days, campers will play games on the beach, including volleyball and baseball. On stormy days, camps move to the Takiff Center for indoor fun. Each session begins with boater safety lessons and in-water instruction. New and experienced sailors will enjoy fun and safe sailing adventures on Lake Michigan. Sailors learn the basics of steering, trimming the sail, and balancing the boat in an exciting, hands-on way. Using U.S. Sailing teaching methods, sailors practice land and water drills, making Sailing Camp fun, safe and educational. Sailors complete a swim check at the beginning of camp, so instructors are aware of weak and nervous swimmers. At Game On! Sports Camp 4 Girls, girls of all skill levels will learn and play multiple sports daily in an empowering, warm, and FUN environment. As always, safety is our top priority and with COVID-19, we are taking extra precautions including sanitizing equipment between uses, social distancing, and mask use if social distancing is not feasible. Since 2007, Game On! has been offering campers daily/weekly exposure to a wide range of sports including lacrosse, field hockey, soccer, volleyball, basketball, softball, tennis, yoga, fitness, karate, touch rugby, flag football, swimming, horseback riding and more. Whether your daughter is athletically inclined or not, she will thrive. While sports and active play happen throughout the day, we also work to impact each camper's growth as an athlete and a person. Students will build on their existing skills to create more complex forms and focus on developing their own style.
