Skate Rentals

You’ll be served in a smooth and timely manner by our staff at the reception
desk and in the skate rental room. The skate rental program is back for the
2008–2009 season with many new skates for rent at $3 per pair. Skates are
available for public skate and/or private events.

Ice Rental Information

Ice rental times are available for hockey teams, clubs, or private groups on a
single or permanent basis. Quantity discounts are available. Please contact
Watts Center at 835-4440 for more information.

Main Rink – $195/hour (volume discount of $175/hour offered for 25
hours or more during the season). This is an official-size hockey rink with
lines, team benches, and an electronically operated scoreboard.

Studio Rink – $120/hour. The smaller of the two rinks, the Studio Rink, is
perfect for broomball and skating parties.

(Rink rental does not include rental skates or broomball equipment).

Holiday Ice Rental

Many ice rental times are available during the holiday break. Call 835-4440
for more information.

Facility Rental Opportunities

Main Event Full Facility Rental

You can now rent the entire Watts Center for a party! This is perfect for bar and
bat mitzvahs, birthday parties, corporate outings, or family reunions. The entire
facility is yours from 7:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Rental includes use of a kitchen,
sound equipment, one hour of set-up time before the party, recreation room,
activity room, lobby, and locker rooms, as well as Main and Studio Rinks.Please
call Watts Center at 835-4440 with any questions.
Fee: $2,000 NOTE: This package is available on Fridays and Saturdays only.

Watts Parties and Room Rentals

The party rooms at Watts Center may be rented for all types of activities. These
rooms will accommodate 10 to 75 people, with tables and chairs available. Party
packages are available and may include the use of the fireplace, kitchen facilities,
and ice time. To make a reservation, please call Watts Center at 835-4440.
One room and one ice rink available per rental.
Available Amenities:

Alcohol permit–$50 per use (Available upon request)
Kitchen facility–$20 per use (Available upon request)
Add a game leader to a party–$30/three-hour party
Broomball equipment–$25 per use
Skate rental–$3 per pair

Package Deal
The package deal has changed to include 3 hours of room time and 2 hours of
rink time. Set-up and clean-up time must be included in the scheduled time.

Studio Rink with use of: Main Rink with use of:
Program Room – $240 Recreation Room – $360
Recreation Room – $290 Program Room – $320

Individual Rentals
The hours are great if you want to extend the package deal or if you would like a
shorter party. Individual and per hour rentals - we’re flexible!
Add extra time to your package deal or just rent a room.

Per hour Rentals:
Studio Rink – $120/hour
Main Rink – $195/hour
Recreation Room – $65/hour
Program Room – $45/hour

Rental Confirmation

To confirm ice rentals, full payment and the completed Ice Rental
Agreement Form must be returned to Watts Center within 48 hours after
an inquiry. No ice time may be placed on hold at any time for any reason.

Ice Rental Refunds

Once rental forms are completed and payment is made, the reservation will
be confirmed. The following restrictions will be valid if a reservation is
cancelled:
NOTICE GIVEN REFUND
72 hours or more 100%
48-72 hours 75%
24-48 hours 50%
Less than 24 hours No Refund
NOTE: Watts Center will cancel rentals when the windchill factor drops to
-20 degrees Fahrenheit. At that time, a full refund will be processed, or
rentals will be rescheduled for a later date, subject to availability.
